Achieving planning permission following a refusal
So you have applied for planning permission and your application has been refused. What now? Is that the end of the road?
Not necessarily.
There are lots of reasons why planning applications are not successful, but there may well be a way to overcome the reasons for a refusal. It may be possible to amend your design or change the proposal.
We have a good record of success in helping our clients to achieve planning following a setback. This can be achieved by revising and resubmitting an application, preparing and submitting a new application or by appealing a decision.
Don't give up!
