Approved: Conversion of barn to Use Class E and creation of apartment
Mendip District Council: Lydia Dunne is pleased to have secured planning permission for the conversion of an existing agricultural building for use by an antiques business in Somerset.
One end of the building is also going to be converted to form an apartment. This will provide overspill accommodation for the applicants' family or friends, or it may be let as holiday accommodation.
Plans provided by Tim Cole Downes Architectural Services. Our thanks also go to Alan Young who provided the structural survey and Quantock Ecology who undertook the Preliminary Roost Assessment.
