Approved: Replacement dwelling in AONB

We are delighted to have secured planning permission for the replacement of a bungalow in the Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with a two storey cottage style dwelling.

Not only is the site in the AONB, it is also within a Conservation Area. We worked closely with the architect, planning officer, Conservation Officer and AONB team on this project in order to ensure that the redevelopment of the site respects the character of both the Conservation Area and the landscape character of the AONB.

The scheme will provide a beautiful family home. The build will be undertaken by the applicants and will allow them to remain in the village they love to bring up their children.
