Planning permission for a new dwelling in garden

The Government are committed to significantly boosting housing delivery and the planning policy is supportive of proposals for new dwellings. We are currently involved in several proposals for the erection of dwellings that make good use of large gardens at various different stages.


This can be a really good way to achieve a self build plot or simply to make better use of land. Not all gardens are equal, however, and it is important to assess and research the site, its planning history and any material considerations carefully before embarking on the planning process.
