Glamping in unique location
Permission granted for wellbeing retreat in historic former pleasure garden
We are delighted and relieved that planning permission has finally been granted for a small and exclusive venture near Radstock. The site is really special and features stunning mature trees; a listed grotto; and spring-fed lakes.
The owners propose to run a wellbeing retreat from the site. Small groups will be able to come and stay at the site in 6 luxurious lotus belle tents. They will be able to enjoy a truly immersive natural retreat. Guests will also be able to take part in a number of activities including: wild swimming, yoga, writing and art workshops, and more.
We are grateful to Darwin Ecology and to Mendip District Council (soon to be no more!) for helping to make this happen. This was a great team effort and we can't wait to hear from the first guests this summer.
If you are planning a similar enterprise, we can help you achieve planning permission. Call now for an initial conversation.
