New dwelling

We are delighted that planning permission has just been granted for a new dwelling on a garden plot in South Somerset. This application followed an earlier application for a Lawful Development Certificate for the existing use of land as residential garden.

The proposed dwelling is on the outskirts of North Cheriton in what is considered to be a countryside location, but is quite well-connected as it is close to a bus stop.
